Detailed Order Process:
Step One
Choose your preferred package:
- CV only
- CV plus generic Covering Letter – suitable for attaching to your CV when making applications
- CV plus Tailored Covering Letter – specifically worded for the position you are looking to apply for (simply provide us with the link or job advert when you send us your information)
Step Two
Click on your preferred choice and follow the simple prompts to make your purchase using PayPal, our secure online payment system. Please note that a new window should open immediately. If this doesn’t happen it may be that your security settings or pop up blocker on your PC need adjusting. Please feel free to call us if you encounter any problems and one of our team will be happy to assist you.
You will receive a receipt from PayPal straight away and an acknowledgement from futurestart confirming your order will be sent to the email address you provide within four working hours. Should you not receive this email please contact us at info@futurestart.co.uk or call us on 01329 220556
Step Three
EITHER email your CV and any additional attachments to CVs@futurestart.co.uk or complete and return the CV Questionnaire form attached to your order confirmation. Please send us the link or job advert if you have ordered a Tailored Covering Letter.
**Remember to include any specific instructions or details about your requirements as this will form the basis of your new CV**
Step Four
We will complete an initial appraisal of your CV or questionnaire and may then need to ask for some additional information or clarification of the information you have provided. Once we have your replies to our queries your CV will be professionally formatted and returned to you electronically for approval. The whole process should take just five working days.
Step Five
Should you need some minor changes we will complete these for you and you can then start using your new CV. Please note that if new or additional information is included at this stage this may be subject to an additional charge.

Your Online Profile
Don’t forget your Google profile when you are looking for a job – potential employers will look to see your membership of social networking sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter etc. Anything you post online goes to build up your online profile.
- 80% of employers Google candidates before interviews
- 33% decline to hire because of what they have found out online.
Beware of revealing too much – unflattering photographs, having hundreds and hundreds of online friends, ill judged comments (especially about previous employers); all these will have an impact. Change your settings to private so that searchers see only what you want them to see.
